Silverlands

Visited July 2007 with Zero



Silverlands was once a Nursing School for the nearby St Peters Hospital.

After the closure of the Nursing school, the building was bought by the probation service and was due to be refurbished and used as the Wolvercote Paedophile Clinic.
With strong local opposition to its use, the refubishment was never finished despite costing millions of pounds.
A Government descision was made that it would not be used as the clinic and the building now lay empty awaiting a descision on it use.
