Visited March 2007 with The Riddlers, BenWRX and Spook
The Duke of Lancaster has been moored here for many years after it was taken out of service.
It was then transormed into the Fun Boat full of games and arcades, but now owned by local market traders to store there goods for the local market some 100 metres away.
The dock around the boat is clearly sign posted with home made signs and huge amounts of razor wire, the market traders definatley do not want anyone to get on board.
Anyone approaching the boat can be clearly seen as access to the dock is either across a field in open view of the traders market or down a long straight road in view of the boat.
Its still unsure whether anyone actually lives on the boat or not
They tend not to question you too much along as you are on the
right side of the fence, but no one is willing to risk what might
happen if they caught you inside the fence or even worse on the boat
itself.
The ship is slowly rusting away and hopefully sometime in the near
future access to boat maybe achieved.
Access to the ships deck was finally achieved in August 2007 by Oxygen
Thief and BenWRX.
