Visited March 2007 with The Riddlers, BenWRX and Spook
Originally known as Cheshire County Lunatic Asylum and was opened in 1829 it is more commonly known as The Deva. This place is massive, or seemed it by the amount of walking we did.
Didnt have much time left for a full explore as we had plans for another explore later that night.
Just a brisk walk round many corridors and wards and some cells. We saw the 'Hazard' cell, its a normal cell that was painted black and yellow stripes for an art project.
Should really do a return visit and do a full tour of the asylum, so much i didnt get to see.
Although a quick look down the service tunnels and we came across a very old dentists chair. It was unclear how it managed to get down the tunnels as it was so heavy it would have taken a few men to lift it, also navigate down stairs and through a maze of pipes and ducting.
